They did some pro bono work for our nonprofit in the past so we hired them for a small project we had. It ended up being more difficult then we thought and took Adam and his team extra time and work to do what we wanted, but they were nice and wanted to mark sure it got done right for us.

Above and Beyond: Adam is the Gold Standard in Electrical Service!

We couldn't be happier with Hofstetter Electrical Services—specifically with our technician, Adam. He is, without a doubt, the most professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy electrician we have ever worked with.

Adam has handled two separate issues for us now, demonstrating consistency and excellence every time. First, he efficiently diagnosed and fixed a tricky electrical problem with our garage lighting. Most recently, he came back to tackle a bad outlet in our bathroom and complete several critical upgrades on other outdated outlets around the house.

What truly sets Adam apart is his commitment to the customer. We deeply appreciate his honesty and the valuable recommendations, suggestions, and advice he provides. He never pushes unnecessary services; instead, he educates us on the best long-term solutions. He is extremely knowledgeable, and frankly, we could not have asked for better service or a more pleasant sales experience.

This isn't just a recommendation—it's a promise: we will be calling Hofstetter Electrical Services and Adam again soon for more upgrades and services. If you are looking for an electrician you can trust implicitly with your home, we would recommend Hofstetter Electrical Services to all of our family and friends without hesitation.

Thank you, Hofstetter Electrical Services, and a huge thank you to Adam, for consistently delivering a great job!
